First time i booked your tickets and this is what happened.
I had booked ticket from Sharjah to mumbai for 30 August 2021.
On 25 august 5 pm The airlines pre-booked my flight for 28 August 2021 departure at 5:30am without my consent without proper email or call to confirm.
Whereas i had a PCR test appointment on 28 august 2021 at 3 pm.(After flight dep.)
How can someone travel without a PCR first of all.
And how can the airlines pre-pond the flight by them selfs without the passenger consent. Which gives us only 2 days to prepare for a family of 4.(including an Infant)
I would accept if it was postponed will a confirmation call.
Now when im trying to speak to the call center they don't speak properly and cannot solve the issue.
I request you to give me a full refund or book a new flight for me for which i have already paid.
The email sent to me on 25th August 2021 5:19pm does not show that my flight has been cancelled or moved forward or any such information that indicates me to call the customer care or draws my attention.
They gave me only 33 hours to do my shopping, packing, do PCR and get the reports. How will that be even possible for a mother with 3 kids to do.
Thus, it clearly shows the airlines fault to have such improper communication and to make the passengers suffer for that.
I request and expect that the management would try to look into this case and solve this case ASAP to make a loyal customer.
I request that i get my full refund or a new ticket from Sharjah to Mumbai for the same.
I feel cheated and looted. And this will be my review of your flight for all my friends, family and colleagues.
