GoAir — No one picking up the call as well as after dropping several mails to go air no response received for flight cancellation refund

I have booked 1 ticket from pune to nagpur. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight or refund. I have called them and they said that they will be refunding my balance within 2 business days but still i have not received any payment from them. I have tried calling support no one picked it up and dropped several mails to them regarding refund but none responded by go air. Only in response I received that they will be contacting me soon. Nothing has happened.
