GoAir — No refund after flight was cancelled

The flight with pnr (W5wvjf) was supposed to depart from nagpur to patna (Via delhi) on 11th june (G8-2516 and g8-2511) but on trying to web check in 2 days prior, the status showed that "your flight has been cancelled and kindly reschedule your flight". But there was no update on when the next flight will take off. So, i was forced to book ticket through other airlines. I tried to contact go air customer care support helpline line number but it was not reachable/switched off/number does not exist. I mailed to go air nodal officer three times but no positive response from them.
Now, my money is stuck and do not know when will get it back or will get it never.
