GoAir — no refund after more than 1 month | |
I was travelling from bengaluru to delhi on 23dec. After all the process (Check-in, baggage drop, security etc) i was informed my flight was cancelled. I was assured by the goair representative present in the airport that my money would be refunded for the cancelled flight as well as for the return flight. But none of the money has been refunded till yet. I have mailed several times to goair with my pnr, i receive a incident number and after that no response Was this information helpful? | |

My flight PNR L8HDKJ on GoAir G8-513 from Hyderabad (HYD) to Chandigarh (IXC) on 25 Jan '20 at 09:30 hrs got cancelled by GoAir. I have called them several times, but not picking up calls or responding to emails. I request them for refund at earliest.
