GoAir — No refund for the cancellation of tickets | |
I have booked tickets from Mumbai to Indore on 7th March 2020. The travel dates were 23rd May 2020. Due to nationwide lockdown Go Air cancelled flight on 23rd May but have not refunded the booking amount. From 23rd May 2020 I am trying to contact GO Air office number of times but I am not getting any response. Also, I have written couple of mails but I have not received any reply to those mail. I am now completely exhausted and with no option left registering this complain. Please help me getting my money back. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
