GoAir — no refund initiated from 3 months | |
Go air is one of the worst airlines i have ever booked. My booking pnr: mfbifg got failed through ivr and those airline # people are not even bothered about my complaint. I have mailed to all the available mail id's. Did not even got a single response. Please don't book the flight through go air ivr. If you expect any good customer service, i would recommend please do not go for go air as they have the worst customer service than any other companies through out the world (In any sector). To pick up the call the customer service people will take minimum half an hour. Suppose if you have any issues then gone case, they will take a lot of time or it will not at all be solved. From three months i am waiting and not even got refund or any response from the customer care. Was this information helpful? | |
