GoAir — No response from call center | |||
This mail is addressed to your desk because some how Go Air has not been responding to my calls and mails. My booking was for the sector CCU to PNQ on the 4th July 2017. Booking PNR : IZG8KV From the last 3 days am trying to reach the call center of Go Air and the lines are always busy. I sent a mail and there was again no response. I needed to reschedule my flights from 4/7/2017 to 2/01/2018 I have lost my money and also not been able to get the reschedule. I have decided to take this matter very seriously and do the necessary actions to ensure the airlines operating respect the customers . Was this information helpful? | |||

I'm constantly trying to reach GoAir customer care both by call and email. I have made a minor spelling mistake in my first name while booking the ticket, and I need assistance for what can be done. Please provide me a valid contact number or email address where I can get proper assistance.

I have been following up for a email from a month on refund or voucher of amounts booked, as my family was not able to board the file due to being Covid positive. I need a assistance on how to escalate this issue
