GoAir — No response from Customer Service | |||||
I am trying to reach GoAir for the last 6 months for my rescheduling flight but the call is stuck on IVR for 2 hours. GoAir- you need to fix this. This is not expected from an airline company. You cannot ghost your customers and call yourselves India's most trusted Airlines. You guys are India's LEAST trusted Airlines until you don't fix your customer centric approach.
