GoAir — no response towards refunding my tickets

I booked my tickets in the month of january and due to some sudden medical emergency of my dad I had to cancel my tickets on March 1st week. I was supposed to travel in the month of may for a wedding occasion. My PNR is CBPTMK, I kept on mailing with all the medical requirements but they are least bothered to reply my mails. I called up customer care they keep assuring me that I will get my full refund but I hardly got any. I never knew 1st time my experience with go air would be so worst. My service request no. Is G[protected]. Please take some actions.

I had successful payment via. Mobikwik but in happyeasygo app the trip is showing cancelled. Initially the same trip was under payment pending category. Kindly reply at earliest.

My pnr no I34VJI ticket had been cancelled but my refund amount not received yet please refund my amount as soon as possible cancellation date I think 18j/19 March refund on my bank account journey from kolakata to portblair on 18 march I had cancelled from happy easy go site pbr no I34VJI
