GoAir — Non refund of amount for declined ticket

I booked flight in GoAir on 12 Oct 2021. PNR generated for flight ticket was A6F3WP. Amount of Rs. 10098 was successful but flight ticket declined. I contacted to [protected]@flygofirst.com for refund and it was replied that refund has been processsed manually. But amount has not been refunded till now. Also there is no reply to my latest emails to [protected]@flygofirst.com.
Hence request to refund amount for declined ticket
