GoAir — Non refund of excess amount collected

I am sending this mail to bring to your notice about the poor customer service rendered by your office.

I had reserved a ticket to my wife prabha subramanian vide pnr number pnr - q8iy69 for travel from chennai - mumbai on 24.04.17 by flight leaving at 1.40 pm. I did the web checkin the previous day on 23.04.17 seat no 14c by paying rs.99/- through my credit card and the same transaction is showing a settled status in my credit card statements. But the passenger was asked to pay rs.99 again on the travel day 24.04.17 on the assurance that the amount will be refunded if there is any duplication. I have also made a complaint to your representatives in their customer care on 24.04.17 and they have assured to refund the amount. I am sorry to inform you that till date the refund has not be credited to my account. Kindly look in to matter and arrange to refund the amount at the earliest.
