GoAir — Not confirming flight status about already booked ticket; Online Showing No flight on the scheduled date | |||||
I booked GoAir flight ticket from HYD-BBI vide PNR no. LEJOSR for onward journey on 24th Aug 2017 and PNR NO. ASCUXY for BBI-HYD on 4 Sep 2017. Now the irony is that when I am checking the status of flights, its showing NO Flight on the above mentioned dates. I tried to contact the customer care via Phone, but it remained always not reachable. Even in response to my e-mails to customer care, it was only told that their agent will contact me. This is what happening for past 10 days. I would like to file a complaint about GoAir by this platform so that at least they can realize the pain I am going through and clarify the situation ASAP.
