GoAir — not providing full refund for cancelled flight due to lockdown | |||||
I have booked goair flight to travel from hyderabad to srinagar on[protected] for[protected] travel and that fight got cancelled due to lockdown. I have called and told to customer care that as my wife is pregnant and i will not be able to travel for next 1 12 years so i need the refund for the same and the same has been conveyed to customer care person and they have told me to send the documents and i have send the same in the month of april only but till now i haven't received any response from the concerned team if i call to customer care i am not even able to connect after waiting in call for 30mins. I have raised the request# g[protected] in the month of april for a refund for my trip with pnr no: l3nvqa and also escalated to [protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in but they are also not responding.
