GoAir — not refund for cancelled flight

Gud evening sir,
I have booked my air ticket from chandigarh to srinagar on 21st june. My pnr is c7znkm in g8-911. This flight is cancelled by goair. I m trying to contact customer care but there is no positive response. There is no refund for my airticket. Its more then one and half month there is no response.
Sir, its my humble request to you please refund my money as soon as possible.
