GoAir — Not refunding the amount

Dear Go Airline team,

Before i send tweet publicly about GO air iresponsible behaviour, i would like send direct message to go air. This is regarding PNR no. F2SUHY and email dated on oct.2nd to feedbackgo air with acknowledgement no.G[protected] . I have asked for refund based on supreme court order ruling of immediate refund of amount dated 1 October 2020 . Many reminders has been given through email and as per Go Air line procedure it has also been escalated to nodal officer but no response from customer care and nodal officer. If you call customer care, even in queue it take more than 30 min and then customer care disconnects the phone. Go Air does not responds to the email and they don't lift ur phone call and if they lift a call then irritate customers to keep them in queue for more 30 min.

On 18th october, i was fortunate to connect to customer care and they assured me that within 24 working hour, i will get response from Go air and cancellation would happen in 5 days but as on date on response in email and no refund. I have recording of their phone call. Today also i tried to contact them but in vain ..after 35 min.they disconnected phone. again today i got a chance to speak to cusomer care representative Nitesh and i have explianed the complete issue to him and informed him that i will be taking legal action like compliant and informing to PMO office. He has assured me after discussing with his senior that i will get response by evening from go air line and asked me to wait till evening to take any action but still no response. It is direct mental harassment and cheating case on goairline. They are not obeying supreme court order ruling and not refunding my money. I have all .y previous email and phone call recording with customer care. To my surprise my PNR was not even protected and today i requested customer care to do the same and he informed that he has done but it is not done. Iam requesting last time goair to refund money and respond immediately otherwise i need to take action against goairline

I had same refund issue with Spice Jet but spice jet had refunded money immediately as per their commitment.

I booked my ticket from goair in the month of January for travelling in march then I rescheduled to april due to pandemic since this situation continued I cancelled the tickets .
