GoAir — Not returning refund after commitment | |
The issue that I have experienced was: My wife and son was suppose to travel from Delhi to pune from go air flight on 1st april. But due to covid positive result she is not able to travel. PNR - L63FYS I have discuss in customer care and they cancelled the ticket and insure tha after sending mail they will refund the cancellation fee. After multiple follow up also they have not refund nor replying on my mail. It occurred on: 31/03/2021 They should refund the full amount and apologize for not replying.
