Hi! I would like to inform that I've still not got refund for my ticket which i cancelled on 2nd May due to mail & SMS received from your end regards to all flight cancellations. PNR W5M1SY (5th May '23) (G8-242) Pune-Blr. This ticket was booked from your website itself by me.
