GoAir — Prepone flight by 13 hrs 50 mins

Dear concern,

our direct flights were preponed by 13 hrs, a shocking move.no call from goair.when tried customer care didnt connect for 30 mins.called 20 times.then just said sorry and refused to rebooking.very bad behaviour .wont recommend.

PNR PB7VKD and I6286P, now tried to web-checkin which is compulsory, the boarding pass generated for one pnr but not able to send on email.2nd boarding pass is showing error 500.what to do...all passengers are women and 4 kids.they are cursing me.
