GoAir — refund against cancelled flight

Dear sir,
I have not received refund of your cancelled flight delhi - patna, dated 6th july 2017. Details are as under:-
1) flight - g8-149
2) delhi - patna
3) date of journey - 06.07.2017
4) pnr :- qa3q7c
5) name of passengers:-
A) akhouri binay kumar
B) geeta akhouri
6) mb no. [protected]

I have sent this request to your mail id [protected]@goair.in along with bank statement on 31st august 2017 but regret to place here that they have not responded.

It is requested that full refund may kindly be transferred immediately please.
