I have spend a few days now trying to get in touch with someone at the Goaor call center and I have always had to wait for atleast 2 hours before I am able to speak to anyone. After several attempts, I managed to get in touch with some one and explained my problem and every-time they have put me on hold for 30 minutes and then dropped the line without resolving my issue. It has been over 3 weeks now that this has repeated. I have raised complaints to the nodal officer and appellate authority with no response.
