GoAir — Refund Delay -TEZSSN

Hi Team,
I booked my GoAir flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai through Ease my trip (Booking ID-TEZSSN) on dated 02.07.2023 but flight is cancelled due to non-operation from airlines itself.

Now I am chasing form my refund amount for the last one week but no updates from airline. This is my PNR TEZSSN.

Till date I have not received my refund.
