GoAir — Refund didn't get till now. Cancelled flight from airlines end and didn't get refund till now (booked in april)

i booked it from flipkart travel .
but noone is giving me refund.

I booked flight from ahemdabad to delhi on april 29 or 30 .
the flight was for 2nd may.
i booked goair flight from flipkart travel.
and on the day of journey i got message that flight got cancelled due to technical error from flight side.
they told me that i ll get full refund .
it's very frustrating that on the day of journey all plans and travel got cancelled. there may be some emergency so we booked flight.

but it got cancelled and put us in lot of trouble also didn't got our refund .

from may 2023 i am following them up regularly for my refund but till now i didn't get any refund. also they are not telling when they are going to refund or not.

today is 14 nov and it's been very long that they are not giving refund.

when i can get my refund,
i request to provide my refund please as soon as possible.
