GoAir — Refund for flight G8-338 | |||||
Hi Team, I booked a ticket for Ms. Anupama Jha on Go Air flight G8 338 for last Saturday (Confirmation #AN2F9Q). About 10 hours before the scheduled departure, I received a message informing me of the flight cancellation. I spent hours trying to reach your customer care service but failed to reach the customer care executive (assuming he exists). In the last few days, I have tried several times to contact the customer care service to enquire about my REFUND but have failed. This is gross negligence of my rights as a consumer. Kindly respind to this before I escalate this to the consumer courts and other social media forums. Was this information helpful? | |||||
