[Resolved] GoAir — Refund for my cancelled ticket due to Lock down | |||
I ashok kumar gupta, booked a ticket from delhi to pune for date 08-apr-2020 via goair. It is including 4 passengers. As per current situation of corona virus i can't visit and want to keep safe me and my family. Under this situation and center govt guideline and sc order for cancellation of air ticket i tried to cancel my ticket but goair is not ready to refund amount. Is there no control even after center govt guideline on these airlines. This is a serious issue and giving financial crunch as well as health problems also. Can you please redirect to airlines as per center govt guidelines. My booking id is (Pnr) - wesbkh with go air Travel date 08-apr-2020 Was this information helpful? | |||

I received a fake call from number [protected] with the name of GoAir and was asking for card detail including CVV number and other details.
Consumer Complaints please take a look into this.
