GoAir — Refund not given and flight cancelled by them

Pnr j3ujji chandigarh to mumbai 29 june 2020 11.30 am flight the flight was rescheduled to 13 september 2020 and not at all notified me and then i used to reschedule it from site but then they cancelled it from their site and told i can reschedule but when i tried to reschedule again it didn’t allow i have paid 10, 834 rupees and not even getting response. Why should i pay to a flight that did to fly at all they have to refund even the nodal officer of goalie is not responding i want refund
