GoAir — Refund not process for cancelled flight

Dear sir

Since four month, we are awaiting for the refunds of 13604 with interest as flight has not operated on that day.

Please arrange to process the refund the full amount in my account as soon as possible .

I don't want to reschedule the flight as we don't have any future travel plan in coming 2-3 years .so please arrange to refund the complete amount as soon as possible to my account.
For your reference invoice copy attached.

Please do needful for my complain against GO air .
