I am writing this to bring to your notice the dissatisfaction I personally had with your customer-services. The pandemic has already been hard on each o[censored]s in varying degrees. And, your responses to our problems did not make it any better.
Coming to the point, Go-Air as of now owes me Rs. 24, 369/- (Twenty-Four Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Indian Rupees only) due to the flight cancellations which occurred during the initial phase of lockdown. And till date, although many email exchanges and communications happened via email/website, I have not received a single penny from Go-Air.
All the flights cancellations happened either due to lockdown or natural reasons and we have not utilized any piece of Go-Air’s services. You already have taken a share of ‘Total Fare’ stating as utilizing your services which is considerable but I am waiting for my remaining hard-earned money till date.
Given the current era of digitization and ease of online money transactions, I am wondering why Go-Air is requiring so much documentation and time to transact the refund money. Although after repeated emails of sending all my personal credentials/bank details and email from Go-Air officials regarding money has been processed and shall be reaching you within some days’ time, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND YET.
I hope you can feel the agitation, frustration and stress that I am going through by investing my time and energy to just refund the amount for which I have not availed any of Go-Air services.
Also, to mention I am planning to take legal course of action given the circumstances prevail.
