GoAir — Refund not received on canceled flight by Go AIR(go first) PNR I37L2L and F4K54V

Hi, My flight from Bangalore to Phuket dated 19th May 2023, and from Phuket to Bangalore dated 27th May 2023 was canceled by Go First ( Go AIR) and PNR for both tickets are I37L2L and F4K54V.

I spoke with Airline on 9th May 2023 about my refund and they said that a refund had been initiated and would be refunded to my account within 8-10 days however I haven't received it yet and now they are not taking any responsibility for my refund.

I need my money asap as it's around 1.5 lakh and it's stuck with them where I need to pay the bill for those tickets which I had to buy at a higher cost due to their cancellation.
