GoAir — Refund of ticket due to misleading information | |||
I had booked a ticket from lucknow to delhi in your flight no g8-2510 having the pnr no n6lsvc for 25th august 2020 at 0855 hrs On 24th august 2020 i got the message and automated call from go air that the flight has been cancelled and after that i tried to call customer care many times but no one had responded. On 25th morning i got a call from boarding team that the flight is operational. The availability of mine in delhi was the atmost important for my family but due to this irresponsible approach i could not reached on time. Now tell me who is responsible for this mental trauma and harassments which have faced during this time? Who is responsible the extra money which i have paid for the booking of another flight? Even after having the complaint no g[protected] which i got on 24th aug-20 itself no one has responded. Even while i am calling to their call center firstly they pick the call at least after 20 mins and after listening the issue they disconnect the call. What is this behavior? Is this is something which is very responsible? You are holding the money of someone and you are not responding, this is shameful... Was this information helpful? | |||
