I would like to inform you that I booked a ticket on the 3rd May bagdogra to delhi but the flight got cancelled due to operational issues.My PNR no is -XE34KN. Name-Narayani Biswas I am talking to the customer since nine days to refund my money. They say it has been returned. But why am I not getting my money back?May I know what can I do to get my money back?
