I am disappointed to inform you that Go First Airlines has already caused a considerable amount of inconvenience as I have not got the refund for the
Ref ID XBGKXW - Phuket to Mumbai on 18/05/2023
I have already submitted my claim on EaseMyClaim portal and submitted the required documents and have received the acknowledgement mail regarding it from gofirstclaims.[protected]@bom1plmcpnl502814.prod.bom1.secureserver.net
Today It is 11th Aug 2023 but still I have not received the refund.
Kindly do the needful.
