GoAir — refusing to refund money against declined payment. | |||
I, Gufran Khan, booked a flight on 21st May for 20th June and I got a mail from your company on the same day that my payment has been declined so I made another booking on 23rd May for 21st June knowing that my previous booking has been declined by GoAir but today I got a text at 5:57 AM telling me that my declined booking has been confirmed. I want one of my booking cancelled and all my money back without any deductions. I am also sending the screenshot of the email of the declined payment as a proof. Look into the matter at your earliest and I am very disappointed with your customer services to say the least. I want the entire sum of INR 3822 back. horrible experience! wouldnt ever prefer and recommend this airline. Was this information helpful? | |||
