GoAir — Regarding refund amount

Sir,
My self om prakash. I booked 03 ticket in flight g8-304 from port blair to chennai on 11 may 17 through go air call center and he give me pnr (Ufpq25) dated 05 apr 17 and total amount 19191.00. I try to payment through your website but payment has been done and ticket not genreted. Message came on my mobile that your pnr (Ufpq25) has been cancelled. I communicate with service call centre and he told me that your amount will be deposit in my account but still amount did not come in my account. It is request that refund my amount earliest.. Thank you
