GoAir — Regarding Refund of my cancelled flight ticket

My pnr is Q837NP. I booked my goair flight from Banglore to delhi on 5th may 2023 using easemytrip.com.
Because of the cancellation of the flight I am unable to travel and even i didn't recieved any refund to my account but i got invoice only.
Moreover, i am running out of money.
Kindly, help me to get my full refund as i couldn't travel because of cancellation from the airline's side.
