GoAir — regarding the luggage | |||
Hi, On 07/26/2017 i was travelling from pune to bangalore. Below is the details of the flight Flight no: g8 293 z class Dep time: 01: 25 Seat no: 9a Pnr: 033w6f Yesterday when i was boarding the flight from pune international airport, i was having a card box luggage (G[protected]), which weigh 20 kg, where i have paid the extra baggage charges and they have taken the self attest for no damages in the box, after the journey, when i received the baggage from kempegowda international airport (Bangalore), it was torn and found defective whereas the files and proceedings which was inside the box was about to fall down. This is totally not acceptable. Please take a proper action on this and do the needful. This shows the carelessness of the goair flight authority. This will damage the reputation of the company and the customers will not prefer to travel in this flight after the first journey. Expecting a good change for the next travel in goair. I tried many times to call but no response. tomorrow is my flight from delhi to guwahati. i tried to get my itenary but no one received call. my email id iz [protected]@yaoo.co.in and pnr no is T9GW7Q date of journey is 23 july 17.i need to claim this in my office but due to your negligence & response i have to suffer a great loss
