GoAir — Regarding the ticket rescheduling

My parents had booked 2 tickets return journey from pune to Bangalore in the month of March but due to Covid the flights were canceled.
Now we want to reschedule those tickets but the customer care is not responding at all.
Is this how the airlines are supposed to be now just to be sweet during the time of your journey.
Please assist off board as well to the customers who are facing trouble.
You are not even refunding the 10k amount
For a common man it is a big amount but you people really don't understand.
I hope this message reaches out and you guys atleast respond to the calls.
