GoAir — Regarding ticket reschedule not responding customer service | |||
I booked ticket of goair lines in lock down period from mct to patna. but my ticket is cancelled due to lock down. and received email from goair that your ticket is valid for one year you can reschedule your ticket when ever you want in one year. but now i called customer service 20 days ago they told me that i am unable to do the reschedule please write email to [protected]@goair.in. I also mailed this email id on 21 OCT-2020 but till now i am not getting any reply from customer service. I also keep CC to Nodal officer, But not getting any reply till now.
