I had booked a goair flight (Pnr: j63dpc) through amazon for travel on 28th march from hyd to lko. But due to the lockdown all flights got cancelled. I tried to contact goair several times through phone and email but nobody responded. As mentioned on their website about credit shell, i thought it would be created for me also. I checked on their website and could see the amount. Still i tried to contact many times just to confirm but got no reply.
Now when the flights resumed from 1st june, i wanted to rebook for the same route using my credit shell but the flights were not available through goair. As they were not responding, i contacted amazon (Cleartrip) customer care and enquired about my credit shell. To my surprise they told me that my flight was rescheduled for 13th sep 2020. And this was done without my knowledge.
Please help me with this. Now i don't want any explanation or recreated credit shell. I just want my refund asap. Was this information helpful? |
