GoAir — Rescheduling Flight ticket | |
Hi, I have already booked one ticket from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar for 25th March. Due to flight non-operational I couldn't go.So now I want to reschedule it. I tried to call almost 400 times, but no one picking my call and sent mail also 10 times but no reply simply creating one ticket and sit down. Really I am frustrated in your service. This is my first and last booking in your airlines. Really you people are cheating to customers. GO AIR provides very worst service in the world which is proved. Don't know to resolve one ticket, how many business working days you are taking ? You are telling not to call and connect via mail, but mail no reply...!! Then how one customer will be get connected you ?? This is my mistake that I booked ticket in GO AIR. Could you please help me . Don't simply create one ticket and sit down. At least close the tickets from your end as a professional. Don't know why GO AIR is not having chat bot system in this days...?
