I booked my flights to travel from Mumbai to Imphal via Delhi.
Mumbai to Delhi (GoAir) was on 11th evening and Delhi to Imphal(Indigo) on 12th Morning.
On 9th I got a message that the Mumbai to Delhi flight has been postponed to 12th morning, in this I will miss my Delhi to Imphal flight.
I tried calling go air customer support more than 10 times, I have mailed them times and escalated the mail also, but I got no reply from GoAir.
We have paid them for their service and it's really frustrating when you don't get the services after paying a good amount of money. The customer support is totally unreachable. They are totally ignoring customers. Was this information helpful? |
