GoAir — return the payment amount in respect of declined booking reference s8n1sz

On 14 jan 2020 i booked tickets in names of mr. Suvendu dash 2. Mrs sagarika dash 3. Mr pulin acharya 4. Swagatika acharya 5. Ms niharika acharya & 6. Ms debashree acharya but as per your booking reference s8n1sz the status shows hold and payment status was declined but the booking amount of rs 19, 128.00/- was debited /paid from my credit card, in spite of expired of more than three weeks till date you have not returned/ credited such amount to my said credit card from which card the same was debited/ paid. Hence do needful to return the said amount.
