GoAir — rude behavior and boarding issue. | |||
Hello, My name is ravi chandwani This is to bring to your notice the most disgraceful act performed by your team. I have been a frequent flyer of go air and this is the least i can expect. Firstly when i was flying from jaipur to hyderabad on 6th april 2018 although i had done web check in, i was asked to wait in queue along with those who have not done web check in. If i have to wait in queue why do you even have to introduce web check in option the first place. While travelling back from hyderabad to jaipur i had my boarding pass with me still i was told that the gates are closed and didn’t let me in although i was on time. I was forced to miss my flight as the staff was non co-operative and i had to book my tickets again as i had to report back to office. Other flights make sure all the passengers who have boarding pass are on board, then why does go air have to do such idiotic stuff to harass their passengers? This is annoying and i will give reviews based on my experience on all social sites so that others are not victims of such horrible experience. I need full refund of money invested in tickets to and fro.
