GoAir — seat reservation

I tried to reserve a seat and paid from paytm 99 rs. The same happened during 1st week of August. the seat did not get reserved but money got deducted from my account. Also there has been no allocation of seat against but wen I contacted paytm they said I need to contact goair for the same and refund the amount to my paytm wallet as once payment is made they cant do anything
