It was my first and worst expercience with go air flight. I had my flight at 6:40am from new delhi to lucknow and due to traffic congestion i have reached the airport 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time of my flight. Today it was the last date of my admission to college. I have requested a lot to the staff kindly consider my case but the staff behaviour was highly uncoperative and the man mr. Anil vats sat on counter 1, especially had no ettiquettes how to talk to the customer, his service was to resolve the issues of the customer but his behaviour was highly arrogant because of your worst staff service i had missed my admission to my dream college. I was not the only case there, he had done such things with other customers also. It may be your airlines policy not to consider the case so that we have to book emargency ticket at a very high cost and your company will earn double money from both the ends. Ihave travelled a lot with flight but with go air it was my first and last expericence, and it was hopeless. I will never suggest anyone to travel with your airlines services.
