GoAir — the airlines have cancelled my bookings u72lhp and text without my permission

My flight was on april 24th and due to lockdown my flight was cancelled. I had asked for a full refund to the airlines and they had mailed me also it was not possible at current situation but instead they have cancelled my bookings and have changed me almost the complete fare as cancellation fee. As per dgca airlines are not allowed to charge for cancellation and should provide for refund or a credit shell of the complete fare for 1 year for flights cancelled during lockdown. But the airlines have broken the dgca and charged me i want my pnr number back or full refund or credit shell for 2 year. Supreme court has ordered to refund for flight during 1 & 2 lockdown.
