They have locked the pnr for lockdown period where I was trying to check for tickets price in June where the date got locked for 24th June where 19000/-rs money still due for me to pay to complete the booking where I was trying to reach customer support since a week prior to departure and wrote emails too (17th June ) since no body was picking up the calls. Now without complete booking how it was expected to go for mandatory web check-in where it was declared No Show and no one is ready to come in call to address this issue from feedback team who are having jurisdiction to address this concern of mine.
I have written more than 15 emails since then but they are not addressing this issue but generalised it as No Show policy where they can’t do anything.
My question is how web checking can be done without completing the booking?
How passengers were expected to travel without any customer support where I tried to reach them to help in booking too which I was not able to do by paying online which didn’t worked that day.
I am trying to reach them prior to schedule departure but still tagged as No Show.
Who’s fault is this ?
I want my money refund as don’t want to go for this airline from now on.
