GoAir — ticket payment error

Hello,
I am wafiq abdul kareem. I booked my round trip flight from dubai to kannur. Payment was deducted from my account but ticket issued says payment is declined. Kindly refund the payment as i have already booked another flight for same night of thursday 21st november 2019.
I have attached flight ticket

Booking reference number: ac1ygk
Credit card reference number is 002213

Please help me. Thank you
