GoAir — travel certificate issue 2018

Hi,

I need a travel certificate for the following flight:
G8-120 Bangalore to Delhi, 15th February 2015, PNR - 6971B9

The booking is in my name - Mannu Amrit.

Customer Care number was unable to help me since they said that their softwares have been updated and they couldnt retrieve the booking. I have sent several emails but havent heard back from Goair since couple of weeks.
