I am raising this complaint to instantiate a case of horrible extreme customer Harassment caused by Go Air Airlines booked on 30th March 2022 for three passengers including infant for travel on 3rd April, 2022 for a scheduled direct flight G8-330 with PNR Number - S7TVWP from Mumbai(departing at 32:55) to Kannur(arriving at 1 :50).
Flight timing has preponed to 15.10 same day without informing me and horrible experience from the customer care. This caused a lot of mental harassments to me as we are travelling with a 11 months baby. I didn't get any mail or call or msg about the rescheduling the flight.
We came to know about the schedule change only on the way to airport after checking out our hotel when we try to do the web check-in. We tried to connect with the customer care and they are not ready to make alternate arrangement. It caused a lot of mental harassment especially when we travelling with our 11 months baby during pandemic time. GoAir didn't help us in getting alternative arrangements or supporting this difficult time. We struggled a lot to find baby food and all as it's midnight and we didn't expect such unprofessional behavior from GoAir.
We forced book next direct flight to Kannur with very high price for the same GoAir as we need to reach our home as soon as possible considering 11 months old babies health and food habit. Along with a lot of mental pressure and harassment, we had financial loose of 14000 rs for last minute rebooking.
Requesting GoAir team to follow professionalism and refund the additional financial loose occurred due to this. Was this information helpful? |
