I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the non-refund of a flight ticket booking amount, and I seek your assistance in resolving this matter.
I had booked a flight ticket for my family members through the online platform Easemytrip.com on 23rd January.
The booking was for a Go-First flight (G8-808) from Bangalore to Lucknow, scheduled for 15th May 2023.

Unfortunately, on 8th May, I received an intimation of the flight cancellation from Go First due to operational reasons.
Subsequently, I cancelled the booking through Easemytrip.com, and I received an acknowledgment from them.
On 9th May, I received a confirmation from Go First stating that the applicable refund is under process.
I have diligently followed up with Easemytrip.com multiple times over the phone, and each time, they assure me that they are following up with the airlines.
However, I have not received any email or message updating me on the progress or providing a timeline for the refund.
Despite their promises, I am still in the dark about the status of my refund.
I have incurred a significant financial loss due to purchasing alternative flight tickets for my family.
Moreover, I am unable to contact the airlines directly for clarification or resolution.
I kindly request your intervention to investigate this matter and guide me on the steps to secure my refund. Your assistance in this regard is crucial, and I appreciate your prompt attention to resolving this issue.
